ProCirrus does not currently use the website to intentionally collect behavioral analytics or advertising data. We may collect information that you voluntarily provide, including your name, email address, telephone number, company or firm name, information submitted through contact or inquiry forms, and information provided through the ProCirrus AI assistant.
Please do not submit passwords, confidential client information, privileged information, financial account information, or other sensitive data through public website forms or the AI assistant.
Information Collected to Operate the Website
Our website is hosted by Squarespace. Like most website platforms, Squarespace may process limited technical information necessary to operate, deliver, maintain, and secure the website, such as IP address, browser or device information, and technical activity associated with a visit.
ProCirrus does not currently use Google Analytics, advertising pixels, behavioral tracking systems, or similar third-party website analytics tools.
How We Use Information
Information provided through our website may be used to respond to questions and requests, communicate with prospective or existing clients, provide requested information about ProCirrus services, follow up on inquiries, operate and improve our website and AI assistant, protect the security and integrity of our systems, and comply with legal or regulatory obligations.

ProCirrus AI Assistant

Authorized ProCirrus personnel may review AI conversations when appropriate for these purposes. Information submitted through the AI assistant is not sold or used by ProCirrus for third-party advertising.
The AI assistant is intended for general informational and business inquiries. Visitors should not submit confidential client information, legally privileged information, passwords, authentication credentials, financial account information, or other sensitive data through the assistant. AI-generated responses are provided for informational purposes and may not always be complete or accurate; important matters should be confirmed directly with ProCirrus.
Service Providers
ProCirrus uses third-party service providers as necessary to operate the website and its features. At this time, these providers include Squarespace for website hosting and operation and Intercom/Fin for website messaging and AI-assisted conversations.
These providers may process information as necessary to provide their services to ProCirrus and are subject to their own privacy, security, and data-processing practices.

ProCirrus may retain information you voluntarily provide for as long as it is reasonably useful for the business relationship, communications, recordkeeping, security, or legal purposes for which it was collected. We do not currently maintain a fixed expiration period for business contact information.
AI conversations may also be retained for operational, security, quality, and follow-up purposes and may be deleted or anonymized when they are no longer reasonably necessary.

ProCirrus intends for information collected and controlled by ProCirrus through this website to be stored and processed in the United States.
Third-party service providers may maintain their own infrastructure and subprocessors. Their processing practices are governed by their applicable agreements and privacy policies.
